How To Make Big Decisions Without Seeking Outside Help

It’s intimidating to make big decisions:

The unknowns, the what-ifs, the wondering what others will think of you.

It’s a lot to tackle on your own.

Today, I want you to learn to strengthen your ability to make the best decisions for yourself.

Correctly and confidently.

To be able to make the righ decision when life throws you curveballs

… To know when it’s the right time to make a big career move.

… To know when to speak up or to let something go.

… To know when to cut an unhealthy relationship out of your life.

To trust yourself 100%

You can do this by tapping into your instincts and listening to what your gut is telling you.

But with all the external noises from work, family, friends, along with the internal voices of worry and anxiety… It’s difficult to hear what your instincts are telling you.

The noise drowns out your instincts and makes it difficult to feel confident in making decisions correctly.

And the result?

You end up seeking advice elsewhere, gravel for validation, or make decisions based on what others want.

But I want to help show you how to makes these decisions by consulting with the only one who matters – yourself.

Because at the end of the day - only you know what is best for yourself… [for both your health and your happiness!]

So in order to hear what your intuition is saying, I want you to remove yourself from your busy & distracting day-to-day environment.

>>> Sit with yourself: No interruptions. No noises.

Tune in and listen to you. Listen to what your gut is telling yourself. Strengthen your intuition.

Observe your energy levels…

Are you feeling tired?

Are you feeling energized?

How did your decisions play into your day?

How did your instincts play into your day?

I challenge you to make a game of this, make it fun! Listen to that inner consultant and see how it changes your choices. Notice how easy or hard it is for you to make decisions.

Remember to be patient! Strengthening your intuition muscle won’t happen overnight.

Start with easy decisions:

Where do you want to go for dinner? (your gut will definitely help you answer that one)

What do you want to do this weekend?

Listen to what your instincts say and decisively follow them!

Notice how much better you feel in those decisions when you lead with your gut.

Try it out at work.

Maybe you decide it’s time you trust your instincts on how to approach that big project.

Maybe you decide it’s time to finally see the doctor about your health.

Or maybe you decide that your relationship is no longer bringing you the joy it once did.

When I realized that my gut instinct is the best tool for making decisions, I unlocked a whole new area of confidence and freedom in my life.

I want the same for you!

Dig deep, and tune in to Y-O-U.
